Sometimes, running the VCSA 6.5/6.7 UI installer multiple times on the same machine makes it crash, and just opens a blank/white page (like this one in the following screenshot), where all of the buttons for Install, Upgrade, Migrate, and Restore are gone.
I have faced this issue several times on different computers, and made me crazy, till I’ve got a solution for this issue. It’s very simple and straight forward :).
How to fix this?
1- Open the RUN utility, type “%appdata%” (without the quotes), and then hit Enter.
2- you will find a folder labeled “Installer“, just delete this folder.
3- Run the VCSA installer executable file once again. It should work.

I have the same issue. I’m delete the %appdata%\installer folder on the system, but this had no impact. installer opens a blank page again
i tried that way but i continuos have the same blanc screen, i changed the computer still the same
I still experience the same issue after deleting the installer. anyone figured out a different way of resolving this?
